Who runs this site
SIBA Digital (siba.digital) is a trading name of Churchtown Media Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16960442, VAT No. GB511024262), based in Southport, Merseyside. Churchtown Media Ltd is responsible for the content of this site and is the data controller for personal data collected through it.

Privacy
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, your organisation if you give one, and your message. We use this only to read and reply to your message.
Contact form messages are delivered to us by email through Resend, an email service that processes them on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for up to 24 months, or less if you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can also object to how we use it. Email [email protected]to do any of these. If you are not happy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We do not sell or share your personal data for marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set tracking cookies. We count visits with Ahrefs Web Analytics, which works without cookies and is not used to identify you.
The site is served through Cloudflare, which may set a strictly necessary security cookie (cf_clearance) as part of its protection against automated traffic. Strictly necessary cookies do not need consent, so no cookie banner is shown.
